Coriander and Peppercorn Crusted Tuna


4 x 170g (6oz) tuna steaks
1.5 x tbs of mixed peppercorns
2 x tbs of coriander seeds
1 x tsp of olive oil


1. Place the peppercorns and coriander seeds in a pestle and mortar and crush lightly.

2. Heat the griddle pan over a high heat.
Brush the tuna with the oil. Spoon the crushed seeds over the tuna steaks and press into the flesh lightly.

3. Griddle the tuna for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve with stir-fry noodles and vegetables.
